Mini chocolate pies

Yikes! I originally improvised part of this recipe, but I lost my inspiration... so here's my best memory

1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding (I tested with sugar-free and regular. Both were good.)

1 cup milk

Mix together - it will be more pasty-texture than regular pudding

Fold in small container of cool whip. (I think the recipe called for slightly less, but I added it all!)

Place 1 Oreo Fudge Creme cookie in the bottom of a cupcake wrapper, placed in a muffin tin. Fill with the pie filling above. Should make about a dozen

Freeze!
